Soul Centre is our newest offering: a designated, non-heated space for trainings, specialty programs, and deeper learning. This will be your South Calgary hub for expanding your yoga practice, indulging in meaningful conversations, and connecting through continued education.

You can look forward to programs like pre & postnatal yoga, mommy & me yoga, school partnerships and youth yoga, seniors yoga, and more. We'll also be offering our 200HR Yoga Teacher Training here, as well as advanced anatomy modules, yin and restorative trainings, philosophy immersions, and more.
