Our Facility
As you make your way towards the studio, you'll encounter a filtered water station, a prop station for your convenience, and well-appointed washrooms. Our facilities include coat hooks, benches, toilets, complimentary lockers, and locks. Freshen up after your practice with showers equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Prepare to enter our spacious hot room, a sanctuary illuminated by flameless candles and dimmer lights to create a serene ambiance. Our studio employs infrared heat panels for warming. Similar to the sun, this heating system directly warms objects in its path. Widely favored in hot studios globally, it operates silently, without generating any dust. With a capacity for 45 students, our hot room provides ample space for you to immerse yourself in the transformative practice of hot yoga at Soul Hot Yoga.
Welcome to Soul Hot Yoga, located in the vibrant southeast of Calgary, just behind 130th Ave and next to 52nd Ave. As you enter our facility on the second floor above Cooperators, you'll discover a spacious haven dedicated to wellness and positivity, spanning over 4,000 square feet.
Step into our inviting front lobby, a curated space adorned with yoga equipment, clothing, jewelry, and products sourced from local small businesses that we proudly support. Our friendly team awaits you at the large front desk, ready to assist you, answer any questions, and ensure a smooth sign-in process for your class.

In our lobby, you'll also find a fridge stocked with healthy, wholefood snacks, alongside homemade kombucha and water available for purchase. It's a perfect way to nourish your body before or after your yoga session.
