WELCOME TO SOUL HOT YOGA - A SPACE THAT FEELS LIKE HOME

Located in Calgary’s vibrant southeast—just behind 130th Ave and beside 52nd Ave—our studio is a 4,000 sq. ft. sanctuary above Cooperators, designed to support your movement, mindfulness, and wellbeing.

At Soul, you’ll always be greeted by a friendly face at the front desk, ready to help with check-in or answer any questions. Our light-filled front lobby is stocked with yoga essentials, apparel, jewelry, and wellness products from small local businesses we love to support.

THE LOBBY

We’ve designed our space with comfort and convenience in mind, so you can focus fully on your practice.

Filtered water station and a fully stocked prop area
Coat hooks, benches, and complimentary lockers (locks included)
Clean washrooms and showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
A fridge stocked with water and electrolytes for additional hydration, available at the front desk

THE HOT ROOM

Our spacious hot room can accommodate up to 40 students, with infrared heat panels that provide a quiet, dust-free warmth; gently heating the body like the sun. Soft lighting and flameless candles set a peaceful, grounding tone for your practice.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

A few mindful guidelines to help keep our space calm, comfortable, and connected.

Quiet Space
The hot room is a silent zone. Please keep quiet conversations to the common areas to support everyone’s practice.

Phones & Belongings
No cell phones in the hot room. Complimentary locks are available, please store your belongings safely before class.

Arrivals & Departures
Please arrive 5-10 minute early for class. Doors close 3-minutes after class has begun with no entry permitted past this time, and we ask that everyone stay for the full duration.

Matt Setup & Space

Align your mat with the floor stickers to leave space for everyone.

Cancellations & No-Shows
There’s no late-cancel fee, but a $15 no-show fee applies. Please cancel your spot if you can’t make it.

Scents
Heat amplifies smell - please avoid perfumes or strong scents.
