A few gentle reminders before attending your next class.

The hot room is a silent space — please leave your phone in your locker and enjoy a few quiet moments before class begins. Align the center of your mat with the floor stickers to give everyone room to move, and plan to stay for the full duration of class. Doors close three minutes after start time. If you can’t make it, please cancel your booking to avoid the $15 no-show fee.
