Here are some words from her 🥰

“This class was my very first opportunity after returning from teacher training last September, and what an incredible journey it’s been.

Over the past 6 months, I’ve had the honour of spending my Friday evenings with the most wonderful families, curious little minds, and my amazing karma, Steph. Together, we moved through big emotions using calming breaths, giggled through Wax Museum and The Floor is Lava, roared through animal poses, and built strength, flexibility, and balance, both on and off the mat. We found stillness in guided visual meditations and made connections that stretched far beyond the yoga room.

To all my little yogis and yoginis; you’ve become total pros at Downward Dog, experts at dodging the lava, and masters of Savasana stillness (even if just for 30 seconds 😉). Watching your creativity, courage, and giggles shine each week has been the greatest joy.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for allowing me to learn alongside you. I am forever changed by the love, laughter, and lessons we’ve shared.

Did you know that lemongrass essential oil can actually damage your yoga mat? While it smells lovely, it breaks down the mat’s fibers over time, reducing grip and causing wear. Plus, wiping mats with towels after class creates distracting sounds for those still finishing their practice or soaking in a few last moments of quiet.

So, what’s the best way to care for your mat (and your fellow yogis)?

1. Use our all-natural, locally made mat cleaner!

It’s designed to be sprayed and left - no wiping needed. Let the natural ingredients do the work for you. Available for purchase in our retail area.

2. Try a mat towel!

These help keep sweat off your mat and improve grip. We rent them at the front desk and will have some available for purchase by the end of the month!

Build new awareness by developing effective movement patterns and engage in some light core and deep postural work to create stability and strength.

A strong, healthy spine is vital for a strong, healthy life! A Soulgi favorite!! Wednesdays at 9:30 AM and Thursdays at 5:15 PM.

With elements of both stretching and strengthening, this yin-based class moves slowly through postures that target the hips, hamstrings, and interconnected areas. This class has been a yogi favorite at our studio for over a decade and we love offering it five times a week! Hips and Hamstrings is a great compliment to a yang lifestyle, supportive for low back strain and discomfort, and a relaxing yet intentional way to open the body and reset the mind.

This dynamic mother-daughter duo just celebrated their 1 year yogaversary with Soul! Together they have over 400 visits to our hot room!! We asked them what differences they’ve noticed in their lives after 1 year of yoga and here’s what they said:
