Connect with breath, find relaxation and build stability. From a therapeutic yoga approach, we will work to release tension in the neck, shoulders, upper, mid and low back, and hips. Build new awareness by developing effective movement patterns and engage in some light core and deep postural work to create stability and strength.

A strong, healthy spine is vital for a strong, healthy life! A Soulgi favorite!! Wednesdays at 9:30 AM and Thursdays at 5:15 PM.

This class has been a yogi favorite at our studio for over a decade and we love offering it five times a week! Hips and Hamstrings is a great compliment to a yang lifestyle, supportive for low back strain and discomfort, and a relaxing yet intentional way to open the body and reset the mind.

Try to find time to stretch every day! Set a timer at home or join us for a class in the hot room. Stretching activates our parasympathetic nervous system, inviting in sensations of calm and relaxation. It creates space in the body for healing and quiets the mind to help find presence. Sounds pretty good to us! 🙏🏼 🕊️
